Jennifer Hill-Kelley serves as elected chair of the Oneida Trust and Enrollment Committee and on the Board for two Oneida Nation corporations. She previously served as an Appellate Court Judge and many leadership positions for the Oneida Nation. Jennifer draws on over twenty years of experience in pursuit of improving organizational alignment, institutional efficiencies and delivering outcomes through restructuring, strategic planning, project management, systems thinking, data collection, and program evaluation for tribes, tribal organizations, and nonprofits. Jennifer holds a MS in Environmental Science and Policy from University of Wisconsin Green Bay and a BS in Microbiology from the University of Oklahoma.

Lance Kelley is a full time Social Science Instructor at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College where he has taught the Living Inclusively and Teaching Inclusively diversity courses for over a decade. He taught previously in both public and tribal schools. He works to create awareness of the many issues facing Native people today, including Indian stereotypes, misconceptions about Indian Gaming, use of native imagery and sovereignty for Indian nations. Lance is also involved with his community, participating in various cultural, social, and political activities. Lance has a Master’s degree from University of California Los Angeles and a BA in Political Science and Education from the University of Oklahoma.
